Quick Start Guides
Adding Your First Patient
- 1.Click "+ Add Patient" in the dashboard header
- 2.Enter the patient's name (required)
- 3.Select procedure, priority, and anesthesia type
- 4.Set estimated duration, room, and assign a doctor
- 5.Click "Add Patient" to add them to the queue
Managing the Patient Queue
- 1.Drag and drop patient cards to reorder priorities
- 2.Click "Start" to begin — timer tracks automatically
- 3.Red timer alerts when procedure exceeds estimate
- 4.Click "Complete" when the procedure is finished
- 5.Filter by status or switch compact/full view
Setting Up Your Team
- 1.Navigate to the Team page from the dashboard header
- 2.Click "Add Member" to invite a team member
- 3.Choose between Staff and Doctor roles
- 4.Grant admin access to members who need it
- 5.Use the key icon to reset a member's password
Configuring Your Office
- 1.Open Settings from the dashboard header
- 2.Add procedures, priority levels, and anesthesia types
- 3.Add locations and rooms for patient forms
- 4.Set wait time warning and critical thresholds
- 5.Manage your subscription and billing
