1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClinicCue ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are using the Service on behalf of a healthcare organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Service Description
ClinicCue provides a cloud-based patient queue management platform for healthcare offices. The Service enables staff to manage patient priorities, track wait times, and generate performance analytics. The Service is designed for use in clinical settings including dental, medical, and specialty practices.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Office administrators are responsible for managing user access within their organization
- You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including HIPAA
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other offices' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code
- Share your login credentials with unauthorized individuals
5. HIPAA and Healthcare Compliance
Users acknowledge that the Service may be used to process Protected Health Information (PHI). Users agree to use the Service in compliance with HIPAA and all applicable healthcare regulations. ClinicCue will enter into Business Associate Agreements with covered entities upon request.
6. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service. ClinicCue does not claim ownership of your patient data, office data, or any content you create within the Service. We process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance and will provide advance notice when possible. We are not liable for any interruptions caused by factors outside our control.
8. Limitation of Liability
ClinicCue is a queue management tool and is not a medical device. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Clinical decisions should be made by qualified healthcare professionals independent of queue priority order.
9. Subscription and Payment
ClinicCue offers paid subscription plans. By selecting a plan and providing payment information, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Key terms:
- Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information on our servers
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless canceled
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us
- Annual subscriptions receive a 15% discount compared to monthly billing
- Plan features and limits (providers, locations, staff accounts) are enforced based on your active subscription

10. Termination
Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data. After that period, your data will be securely deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
